Weather weapon used to create 'Dark Winter'

     Don't kid yourself,  and pretend that man can not change the weather. Hence evil men and countries around the world can break their own promises and have and will continue to use weather weapons for their own vile purposes. They don't care how many people die, or how much they hurt and destroy the EARTH

     The HAARP facility in Alaska was designed to change the ionosphere exactly where directed, and Russia has a corresponding evil electrical magnetic structure to do the same. And because they are one and the same under the ONE NEW WORLD ORDER, they can via these man made made manipulations, change the climate or temperature or rainfall, or start earthquakes and volcano rumblings. So in this way convince through fear, a supposed CLIMATE CHANGE WARMING doctrine. Or if they want to devastate a region, bombard their atmosphere or below create earthquakes. Remember the elite devils think they are gods, and this time has been given to them by the Lord.

And don't listen to the false scientists that say these events only happen randomly, every thousand or million years. They are liars, as nothing happens randomly, but only by the Lords permission and at His hand. Their basis

is the lie of evolutionary change, when everything just miraculous gets better or changes by by beneficial mutations
